We had dfwpainting do a rental property for us during the summer of 2006. The estimate process was clear and the cost estimate was a reasonable price. The time frame we needed was short-fused. They brought in a disciplined crew that worked well together and with us. They finished the work in three days. The work was excellent and the dfwpainting team addressed each of my concerns and changes without hesitation. I was very pleased with the price and the work and will most likely call them again soon for more work.

Ken and his crew at DFW are great guys to work with! On time in all appointments, very courteous, thoughtful and very customer oriented. Ken is very professional, gives his suggestions, but listens to what his customer needs. I will certainly hire them again if the need arises!

Wow! Our house has never looked better. It’s amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do. DFW painting did a great job painting our exterior and at a great price. I did have a few items on my punch-list following the painting. They were able to fix most of them to my expectations. I would have used better pieces of wood for the garage door jams, but for them to do that carpentry repair completely over appeared to be cutting too much into their profit margin. I guess…. They did patch it and it looks better.

Overall, I am very pleased with the Job that DFW Painting did on my home. I think that the cost was very fair for the amount of painting that they had to do. The caulking job could have been a little better but, for the most part, all caulking was good. Ken was easy to work with and really seemed to care about the quality of the job being performed. He was very responsive to all my calls and questions.

Ken is a great guy, on time and very dependable. He delivers what he promises. As a builder we are very pleased.
