Wallpaper Removal & Interior Painting Review

Did a great job of removing wallpaper and painting master bath. Estimate had to be adjusted due to some changes on my part, but this was not a big deal. The crew was very professional and completed the entire job in one day…AS PROMISED!! Would definitely use them again and can happily recommend their services.

I am thrilled with the results of their labor. I found DFW Painting through Groupon. They were professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I had asked the esitmator to divide the estimate into rooms/areas so that I could schedule the work in phases. The esitmates included minor repairs, painting ceiling, walls and trim.

On the scheduled date, the painter came in, took care in setting up the room to prevent spillage or drops. He did a great jot on some repair work and brushed and rolled on the paint vs spray. The end result was fantastic.

DFW Painting was easy to work with, flexible in their pricing and work schedule. The quality of their work far exceeded my expectations. I have recommended them to friends and family and currently working on scheduling my next room.

Company was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. The estimator who came out was not a high pressure sales type, which was very nice not to have to deal with that. Most importantly, the workers did a GREAT job. They were very mindful of our personal belongings and making sure everything that needed to be covered was done so. We had a good number of rooms done, including some walls with very high ceilings, and their guys did great work all around. I would highly recommend the company to any friends, family and co-workers.

Over the years, like you I’ve dealt with many companies to fix my home repairs and make home improvements. In a majority of cases, I was over promised and under delivered to and some people just didn’t even show up.

When I called DFW Painting and set up my appointment, I received an email confirmation and short bio on the person who would provide my estimate. Then, he showed up on time, was professional, knowledgable and honest setting expectations with me about the next steps of the process. And he never tried to pressure me or oversell me anything. I decided to give them my business and was not disappointed. The painters arrived and knocked out my whole project in the balance of the day. They were very careful with my furniture and respectful of my belongings taking great care to ensure no paint came into contact with anything but the walls. I’ve never been so impressed from beginning to end with DFW Painting and will use them again, and again and again.

Dear Valerie,

I wanted to share my complete amazement with you about what an outstanding job Andrew, Augustin and the crew did in regards to my recent paint job.

From start to completion ALL were extremely professional, on-time, courteous, and detail oriented.

The interior of my house looks amazingt, better than I could have ever hoped for.

I understand Augustin and his crew are new to your company, and I say “Congratulations” for having this group of men representing you and your company. I know they will continue to show great work in jobs going forward.

I never once felt uncomfortable with them working in my house, and this is critical. The paint job was my responsibility, and I had to be here without my husband during the work hours. On top of that, Augustin was so enthusiastic about the job, no matter how high the walls, or how long the hours, he always had a smile on his face, and this made me feel like I was in very good, honest, and capable hands.

Andrew was a great manager for the project and checked in often on site, which I truly appreciated. He also was always available by phone if I needed him.

I hope to use your company again in the future when the time is appropriate to consider exterior painting.

Thank you also to Valerie for being super efficient and pleasant, and being able to manage my painting needs and time line perfectly.
